The Findr app, this website, and all related services are operated by:

Findr is currently a pre-launch project run by a private individual and is not yet an entered commercial entity. The operator's full name and postal address will be disclosed without delay, on request to the email address above, to anyone with a legitimate interest, including authorities, rights holders, and consumers asserting a claim.

Please state your concern clearly in the subject line. We answer legitimate enquiries as quickly as possible, normally within 2 to 5 business days. Urgent safety matters are prioritised, so write “URGENT SAFETY” in the subject.

3. Responsible for content

Responsibility for the editorial content of this website and for content published by Findr itself in the app rests with the operator named in section 1, reachable at info@findrapp.ch.

Content created by users (profiles, photos, messages, activities) is not editorial content of Findr. We host it as a service provider. If you come across unlawful content, please report it in the app or email us. See section 6.

4. Nature of the service

Findr is a social discovery and dating platform available as a mobile application for iOS. The Service allows users to create profiles, discover and match with other users, exchange messages, and join or create local activities.

Findr is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the Service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Commercial register & VAT

Findr is currently operated as an individual / early-stage project from Switzerland. If and when a registered legal entity or VAT identification number applies, this section will be updated accordingly.

6. Dispute resolution

Talk to us first. Almost every problem can be sorted out directly: info@findrapp.ch.

Consumer disputes. The European Commission's ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so there is no longer an EU-wide complaints portal. Consumers in the EEA can find the competent national dispute resolution bodies in the Commission's list of dispute resolution bodies. We are not obliged, and do not commit, to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless mandatory law requires it.

Moderation decisions. If we remove your content or restrict your account and you consider that wrong, you can object free of charge at info@findrapp.ch; we will review the decision by a human. Users in the EU can additionally turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Art. 21 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). The procedure is described in our Terms of Service.

Reporting unlawful content. Use the report function in the app, or email info@findrapp.ch. Please include a link or username, a description, and where possible your reasoning. We confirm receipt and inform you of the outcome.

This website may contain links to external third-party websites. We have no influence over the content of those sites and assume no liability for external content. The respective provider or operator of linked pages is always responsible for their content.

9. Applicable law

Unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise, the operation of Findr is governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory provisions of the law of your habitual residence remain unaffected where applicable.
